Our guarantees
Cold-chain failure
If your order arrives warm or damaged due to cold-chain failure, we reship at no cost. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong item shipped
If we ship the wrong compound or dosage, we correct the order immediately — full replacement, no return required.
Customs issues
International parcels held or seized by customs are reviewed case by case. Contact us and we'll do our best to help, at our discretion.
Lost in transit
Orders confirmed lost by the carrier (no movement 10+ business days) are resent free of charge.
UKPeptides issues full resolutions (reship or refund) for the following situations:
The following situations fall outside our standard refund policy:
Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For cold-chain failures or damaged shipments, include a photo of the package and product.
We process all requests within 1–2 business days. Reshipping is initiated within 24 hours of approval; refunds (where applicable) are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
