Refund Policy
We back every order with a delivery guarantee. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right.
Our guarantees
We reship. No questions.
Cold-chain failure
If your order arrives warm or damaged due to cold-chain failure, we reship at no cost. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong item shipped
If we ship the wrong compound or dosage, we correct the order immediately — full replacement, no return required.
Customs issues
International parcels held or seized by customs are reviewed case by case. Contact us and we'll do our best to help, at our discretion.
Lost in transit
Orders confirmed lost by the carrier (no movement 10+ business days) are resent free of charge.
What we cover
UKPeptides issues full resolutions (reship or refund) for the following situations:
- Packages lost in transit (no carrier scan activity for 10+ business days)
- Cold-chain failure — product arrives above safe temperature threshold
- Incorrect item or dosage shipped due to fulfillment error
- Visibly damaged packaging compromising product integrity
What we don't cover
The following situations fall outside our standard refund policy:
- Customer-provided incorrect shipping address
- Refusal of delivery by recipient
- Opened or reconstituted vials (for safety and integrity reasons)
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery
- Change-of-mind returns on confirmed and shipped orders
- Delays caused by customs processes (customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer)
How to request a resolution
Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For cold-chain failures or damaged shipments, include a photo of the package and product.
We process all requests within 1–2 business days. Reshipping is initiated within 24 hours of approval; refunds (where applicable) are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain logistics, UKPeptides reserves the right to assess each request on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always a fair resolution that protects the integrity of the product and your research.
