Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after cut-off ship the following business day.

Weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded from processing and transit time calculations.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 2 hours of shipment.

All orders ship in discrete, unmarked outer packaging. Product labels are clinical and carry no consumer branding.

Cold-chain shipments use: food-grade phase-change coolant, multi-layer insulating foam, and a calibrated single-use temperature data logger.

Lyophilised peptides remain stable at ambient temperature for short periods — cold-chain is a belt-and-suspenders measure for maximum integrity.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some peptides may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering. UKPeptides cannot issue refunds for orders refused by customs due to local restrictions.

Where an international parcel is held or seized by customs, we review it case by case and help where we can, at our discretion.

If your order arrives with thermal damage — verified by the included temperature logger — we reship immediately at no cost to you.

Report cold-chain failures within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with a photo of the temperature logger reading and outer packaging.
